Return & Refund Policy
We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with an item, you may request a return or refund according to the guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.
- The product is not damaged, washed, altered, or used.
- A valid order reference or proof of purchase is available.
For stylish bras, returns are accepted only if the product is unused, untried, and still sealed in its original hygienic packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Products with missing tags, packaging, or accessories
- Personal hygiene products that have been opened or tried
- Gift décor or accessories damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, unless they arrive damaged or defective
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- The order reference
- A brief description of the issue
Requests reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Send a return request with your order reference and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item using the instructions provided.
Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- If the item meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
If the returned item does not meet the return requirements, it may be sent back without refund.
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

This policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy before making a purchase.
